Very glad I bought these as they give me good support and are a traditional style, nothing crazy. Am older and have arthritis, but have been able to wear these on walks of three hours. Seem a little bit large, but I haven't been wearing thick socks lately. The only drawback is that they are a bit heavy, but that's to be expected because of the construction.

Bought these before for me and my mom. I was trying to get a larger size for mom. So I got 8.5 instead of 8. Also chose wide. I've gotten 8 wide before and they fit great. But these 8.5 wide seemed to not be much bigger or wider than the 8's. Wish they would of been a little roomier. Still going to wear them. Maybe a different Columbia shoe.

I originally bought these because they were the best option of what was available at a particular store when my need was immediate. I love them! Was glad to have found such a great shoe - I've had problems with my ankle and really appreciate their stability. Started exploring, hadn't even known Columbia had shoes. It looks like they've been discontinued. Fortunately I was able to find a second pair in this trail version and a pair in the waterproof ankle boot version. I'm sad they will likely be the last of these for me.
I have had several pair of these shoes and haven’t been able to get them anymore. I love them for work. Please tell me they aren’t being discontinued???? These are my favorite.
