Too big and bad return process

Really uncomfortable hard shoes. I ordered my usual size and these were huge - a good 1 size, maybe even 1 and a half sizes bigger. I won’t order from Colombia again though because of the return process. I don’t like having to pay return shipping and then having to wait so long for the return to process and actually get the money back. Most places refund you once it’s scanned back into the system. They wait until they receive it and then say 7 more days to process. Customer service was also lacking. My item took a long time to show delivered so I couldn’t start the return process and the customer service just put me into an AI loop where it kept sending me a link that didn’t work.
