This company has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I tried updating my email address five different times and nothing was ever fixed. Only after my order was processed did support tell me they could change my password—information that was completely useless at that point. The product wasn’t the issue, but the service was so bad that this will be my last purchase. I don’t recommend them at all.

Q: I'm looking for a heavy-duty trail running shoe. It's VERY rocky where I run. I like the soles on these. Are they flexible enough for running? Do they run true to size? No Columbia stores nearby, and aren't sold by any other retailer. ty!
