These sweats are thick and warm and have enough length to cover my ankles. I’m 5’6” tall and weigh 128 pounds, so there could be a length problem for taller persons. They are good for hanging around the house, but I would not go to the grocery store in them because they are especially bulky around the waist (though the waistband is a bit tight) and the cargo pockets add to the unflattering look. They are very high-waisted. I bought gray and black. I would jot purchase them again. I’ve washed the gray ones twice, and there’s already a hole in the seam of the pocket lining.
