Nice Rubbers

I purchased these deck boots for use at work, I had been using the fishing supply store generic white calf high boots, I decided I wanted something lower cut and more comfortable. Because I have size 14 wide feet I was pleased to find these in my size. Currently I've only used them once but they are quite comfortable and they have great tread on the bottom.

Inconsistent Sizing

Quality of the boots seems good, but sizing is inconsistent. I originally ordered my usual size of 11.5W, but they were way too loose even with thick socks. I returned them and now have 11Ws , which feel very tight even with thin socks on. The left one especially feels tight, almost like it isn't a wide. I prefer the 11s over the 11.5s, but it seems like there was a huge jump in size between them.

Although this is a ‘boat boot’, I actually bought this for my father as a boot to wear around the yard. He absolutely loves the width inclusion (since wide is uncommon) and appreciates the support at the bottom of the shoe. To top it off, he appreciates the water repelling material on the outside. Overall, the shoes is sturdy and is fashionable to boot! Pun intended.
