Not Durable for Everyday Wear
I wear hiking shoes everyday on my small farm in East Texas. I purchased these hiking boots wanting more breathability than full leather uppers of the upper for the hot summer months. The upper fabric simply could not withstand the wear demands on the farm. The right boot tore first when it got snagged on a branch or a briar vine and I pulled my foot through it. Then the left upper was torn when a heifer stepped on my foot. The left incurred a 2nd tear from an unknown cause. The shoes are just months old and now useless. At least the heatwave seems to be breaking. I decided to look elsewhere (not Columbia) for my next pair.
