VERY Disappointed

An absolute DUD! I ordered the exact same size as the last 5 pairs of Columbia footwear and they seemed to fit the same. GOD WAS I WRONG! I wore them for a hike and knew right away something was wrong. The bend on the toe section rubbed against the top of my toes and when the hike was done my socks were a bloody mess. I am a VERY loyal Columbia customer and have purchased waaaaay more products than I need, so figured that might help with returning these boots (they have a very strict policy for returns). I was even more WRONG. THEY DID NOT BUDGE, so now I’m stuck with boots I will NEVER wear again. And you know what else I will never wear again: any additional Columbia products!
