For a shoe meant to be worn in water, it should dry out in an hour or 2 max. They take days to dry out in a hot garage. As soon as you get in a creek the insole starts moving around and small rocks get caught under the insole and in the shoe. They are comfortable, and do drain 90% of the water pretty quick but they seem more like a hiking shoe that can get wet than a shoe meant for fishing in creeks.
