I have been wearing the Silver Ridge short for over 20 years and I love them. However, I am now having a hard time finding the 12" length. That is what I want.

LIke others the rear pockets of 3 shorts I purchased, 2 at one time. One on another time. The stiching has frayed and come apart. I realized one when my wallet fell out. I thought I missed the pocket. Then I realized it went through. I am putting in for warranty claim. But it appears this is the norm than the exception, from other reviews. I have similar shorts from major box stores that have lasted years and haven't had issues. Very disapointed.

Theses shorts are my go to for everyday wear, travel and summer activities in general.I have bought these for years through multiple pocket designs and they never disappoint.They fit well,are comfortable and look good after many wash cycles.I rotate colours every 2-3 wearings to keep fabric looking crisp.The belt loops are well placed,the zipper and fastener are strong and reliable.
