I purchased these shorts for my husband. I chose them because of the fabric content—mainly cotton. The fit was true. It would have been nice if these shorts had two back pockets instead of only one and if one of the side pockets were secured with a zipper. My husband says they are comfortable & breathable.

I needed light weight utility shorts for my job at a nursery on the west side of the big island. These are light yet sturdy with deep pockets. I wear a 30” length in pants and these come to right above my knee. After trying other styles by Columbia I came back to these and now own eight pair in various colors. The pants version are good also. Looks like they are being discontinued though? I hope not.
