I bought this jacket for my sister, who is going to graduate school in the Pacific Northwest this Fall. As a life-long Southern California resident, she didn't have a cold weather jacket like this to take with her. I also bought her a fleece jacket, some long sleeve shirts, warm pants and some fleece pullovers. She told me that she can't wait to move, so that she will get an opportunity to wear her new Columbia gear, especially this jacket! Out of everything I bought for her; she told me that this jacket is by far her favorite. She said it is "so cozy and the color is gorgeous)!
