Toasty!

I used these during a recent trip to Iceland in July. They kept me very toasty in a deep and arctic lava cave and each wet and windy day.

Thin

This is a very thin shirt with reflective silver dots on the inside lining. The theory is the reflective dots are supposed to reflect your body heat back and keep you warmer. I wore this base layer shirt under my scrubs for work and I was cold all day. It’s not a bad shirt, but it’s not a warm shirt either. The fit is true to size.

Absolute game changer for layering. Very comfortable and the material was soft, I was afraid the shiny omniheat would irritate my skin but it was perfectly fine. I will be buying again in the future.

Mid at best, not for max warmth

Not as warm as I thought it would be. Wore this in high 20s-low 40s temps. If you are initially cold when you put it on, the lining reflects that cold back to you until you warm up. Pros: wore this multiple days and it didn’t stink up; thin / not bulky; long and doesn’t ride up. Cons: kind of feel like I overpaid for this, even though it has its pros. I thought it would provide more warmth, even just as a base layer. You definitely need to layer this with something heavy if the temp is below 60 because, again, if you’re cold, it reflects that cold back to you.
