Do not get plus size if you’re not plus size
I’m giving this a 2 because the fit is absolutely ridiculous. I sized up because I wanted a comfy /roomy sweater to wear around my house during the winter colder months and the fit is atrocious. I got a sweater in the plus size section thinking it’s just going to go up a size and it totally doesn’t. The sleeves are like ridiculously HUGE and the sleeves beginning from the shoulder down it extends/curves outwards and the whole thing makes you look like an oversized oval blob, it’s absolutely horrible. I would fit 12 of my arms in the arm slots. After speaking with a representative, they don’t do exchanges which is so 1980’s, it’s 2026 for goodness sake! It’s too much of an aggravation to purchase a new one out of pocket, get the original packaged and returned back to them then waiting weeks to get reimbursed back. It’s time to get with the program Columbia, stop being the worst company with customer service and now exchanges as well. The sizing is ridiculous
