Great Pants in Many Ways, But One Thing...

In many ways, these Cosminques nylon pants are legit hiking/outdoor pants. The material is sturdy yet lightweight and breathable. They do have a little water resistance, but they are not waterproof. The pockets are great and well-positioned. I also find these pants pretty comfortable to wear. The waistband is smooth and feels good around my midsection. The light gray color was nice and I feel like I can wear these in town or on trail. The only real issue I have with these pants is that they didn't fit me as well as I hoped. The 33x34 size is accurate, but the crotch area hangs quite low on me. I don't want to get it tailored, but I would bring that crotch section higher because, as it is, they look and feel a bit too baggy for my liking.

The pants fit nicely and are of great quality. The material is slightly thinner than I would like for hiking pants, but they will be perfect for the Fall weather.

Great pants for hiking on trail, scrambling, and general mountain use. They also provide good protection from abrasion and brush while remaining breathable enough for active use. Cons- The fit may be slightly more technical than what you’d want for casual everyday wear.

Crotch length bunches up when sitting.

My height is 5 Ft 6 inch. With the 32 inch waist and 30 inch inseam , the leg length as to be shortened, and i am having the crotch length shortened by 1.5 inches by a taylor.
