Inaccurate description, unavailable support

The description of this jacket as rain defying is wholly misleading. My intent was a light rain jacket, and this is completely breathable. When holding it up to a window the fabric is practically sheer. I can see it being great for some uses, but your description is inaccurate. As I seek to deal with customer care, multiple links on your site are broken and take me to either the home page or a third party customer service site that Columbia no longer employs. I was going to do an exchange, but this experience is poor.
