Sizing Problem

This is a very nice, high quality shirt. BUT, I bought it using the Columbia sizing chart and it is far too large. I bought a size medium regular fit and my wife bought a size small. Her small fits me perfectly and my medium fits more like a large. I’m not particularly happy with this purchase for that reason.
The thumb loops are great for sun protection.

I bought a few Columbia sun protection, long sleeve shirts before I found the one that suits me best. The Solar Stream II is a well made product. So I bought more of them. They fit my tall slender frame well and they are comfortable. They have thumb loops to keep the material over my hands for more sun protection. I'm in the sun, in the south for (8) or more hours a day sometimes and it's brutal here in the south in July and August. This shirt does the job and keeps my protected from the harmful rays of the sun.
