I have to admit that the shoes impressed me in two ways: speed and stability. On flat and downhill sections, I was able to maintain a good pace (around 4 minutes per kilometer). I've often ran on stones and I was worried about hurting my ankle, but the shoes protected me and gave me the stability I needed to avoid injury and prevent a fall. Another advantage is that even though I’d stepped into a small stream, after about ten steps I no longer felt the shoes were heavy or superwet.

The color is NOT what is presented. It is a ridiculous bright electric orange color that has NO resemblance whatsoever to the posted picture.

I'm 6'5 and 230'ish pounds. These shoes are awesome. I've walk a lot at my job and hike a lot with BSA Scouts and these are super comfortable with great traction. So far durability is excellent. Breathability is fairly low since the shoes are waterproof, for me not an issue but for someone with sweaty feet it could be in the warmer months. I would choose them over anything from the Nike catalog and recommend them to any larger than average person.
