Under Helmet Beanie for My year‑round MTB setup

I picked one up at half price in a different color from last year’s lineup, and it’s become part of my year‑round MTB setup. It’s not really warm clothing, but it does a great job wicking sweat off my scalp while I’m flying through the trails. I’m actually considering buying a second one at full price because I’ve gotten so used to having it on while I ride. It also keeps my helmet pads dry, which means no lingering odors after repeated rides. I definitely recommend it.

Overall not bad, but not great.

The Beanie performs very well in terms of insulation, warmth and dryness, however the fit is not very good. I did not expect it expand as much as it did and it now remains too loose near the bottom rim area. I expected this to a certain degree however not as soon as it did, which has only been approx. 3 months of use. The material nor any seems have torn or come undone so it's also durable, but I would not purchase it again because it is no longer as taught as I need it to be and I've replaced it with an UnderArmor beanie.

I love this beanie! I like hats and usually wear a ball cap. I can wear this under my ball cap. Great in cold weather. I bumped my head doing a construction project and was surprised when the usual ball cap button mark on the top of my head didn’t appear. Wow! The beanie also protected my head. Love that!
