Good hat but needs improvement

I bought this to use for running but one thing that gets annoying is that the neck shade flaps around a lot. It would be better if the neck shade had some weight to it to reduce it flapping around so much to the point where your neck gets enough exposure to the sun for the duration of your run. The other design flaw is that the strap on the back used to adjust the fit doesn’t have a place for the excess strap to be tucked away or hidden so it just hangs out and doesn’t look good at all. Most hats have a slit that you can tuck this excess strap in but I’m not sure why this one does not especially with the price point you are paying. The hat does keep you cool and is light weight.

Just Okay

The material of the hat is nice. I didn’t particularly notice the cooling effect more than any other sun hat. The neck cape is too short, and it could use a snap closure to secure the front. I won’t be using this hat.

Redesign Needed

I like the concept of the protection this hat performs for face, ears and neck. It ls lacking in design because it actually sits on top of your head and provides no spacing for ventilation/cooling like a "Baseball Cap" design. This would be a much better cap if the design were changed.

Wish it kept the shirt clip but love anyway

Love but wish they still made it with the clip to attach the hat to my shirt. The fabric is light and I love the spf- and covering my neck.
