Still waiting

Still have not received resolution in delivery error with package and still getting review request. It was just this 1 hat and tracking info shows delivered to a parcel locker July 1 (which there isn’t one at my address). I waited a few days to make sure it didn't eventually show up at my house and requested customer service July 6th, and it’s now July 19 and still no refund or send another hat. They need to wait 7-14 business days from when I contacted them!
