Love this jacket. Truly waterproof, not overly warm but a great daily or hiking rain jacket. Ample hood covers head and neck. Velcro at cuffs to tighten if needed. No complaints. And love the pattern.

The jacket works with a t-shirt under it, but otherwise too small. I bought the size I always do from Columbia - and didn't see that it ran small in the reviews. Size up - I wish I had. Difficult to comment on the other factors when I won't be able to wear it.
