I will use for them for hiking & they seem comfortable & to have great traction. They are tts for me. I was expecting them to slip with no way to tighten them but was pleasantly surprised that they don’t. The color is a good neutral also to go with everything. My first pair of Columbia’s & I’m not disappointed.

These looked like good quality, breathable summer sneakers built for hiking with flexibility in mind. I bough them half size up hoping they would fit my custom insoles. They did not. They look kind of bulky (cute bulky), but they are very narrow inside - with both their original insoles or mine. They seem to have good traction, but their insoles do not provide enough cushion for me. So I will have return. If you have narrow feet, they might be fine for you, but I recommend trying it an the store before buying.

I was surprised to read the negative reviews on these shoes. I bought them last summer and I loved them so much I just bought another pair on clearance to save back. I have bad feet and have had multiple surgeries and have broken arches and they feel better than all my other shoes. I wear wear them every day.

A: Great question! With a specially designed insole and a focus on drainage through and into the midsole, the insole is not removeable.
