These are very comfortable shoes, but like the store clerk mentioned, they are not your walking shoes past an hour of steady walking. But what I like is that the traction is great and very breathable with a snug fit that keeps my feet warm. The design is very good, and they are durable and can be easily cleaned with shampoo. Plus, I noticed that when rinsing water over them to rinse off the shampoo, they stayed dry inside.

Received empty package Columbia will not resolve

Ordered these shoes at a great price. However, the package showed up with nothing in the box. It was the correct shoe box for the shoes I purchased, but no shoes. I have talked to customer service twice now. The first time they said they would look into it and get back to me. No one ever reached back out and I received an email saying my case was closed. The second time they did follow up. I was told to file a police report and to let them know if I need help ordering anything else. I still have no shoes, I am out the money I spent on these and Columbia is doing nothing about it. I will not be shopping with Columbia ever again. I am selecting size and quality choices only cause it won’t let me submit otherwise. I never received the shoes so I have no idea if they fit and are of good quality.
