I honestly was pleasantly surprised with the fit of these. Super lite and super comfy for the price. I’m usually a 9W but these feel very comfortable for being a 9M. I highly recommend them. Wish they came in more colors I’d buy another pair.

The Benson Mid is a very comfortable shoe with little to no break-in period. This was especially noticeable when I broke my toe the day prior to a hike in Yosemite. The roomy toe box made this hike doable even with the injury. However, the color from the product page does not match the boot that I received. The boot is much lighter and almost grey in color. Even the the color way of the laces is different. I just wish the product page was a true to life representation of the actual boots.

Comfortable soles, breathable mesh and plenty of traction. First thing I noticed right out of the box is that the colors are a little more muted. Not quite what I was looking for based on the stock image but close enough that I kept them. After wearing them for a day with the laces as they came, I felt they were too long. I laced them up one hole further on the plastic ankle tabs and tried again. The length was much better but it makes the tongue dig in to my ankles. Now I have to constantly pull the tongue to the side to avoid the discomfort. All this being said; it is really difficult to find a mesh breathable, not waterproof, comfortable, good looking, light weight, mid height boot for a decent price. These check enough boxes that I would recommend giving them a try.
Yes, I recommend this product.

A: Great question! This Shoe includes our Omni-Shield™ technology that repels moisture and resists stains by preventing liquids from absorbing into fast-drying yarns, so your shoes stay clean and dry in damp, messy conditions.
