I purchased the Strata Trail Low after realizing that my Newtons, which I love, do not breathe well enough for New England heat waves. I waited to review the Strata until I had put some miles on and they do not disappoint; they breathe well and they offer good traction on my walks. I agree with reviewers who report a wide toe box and find that the fit is best when I insert my orthotics *over* the factory insert.
