The inside surface is a sensory nightmare - slightly grippy and sticky and cold. I've had this coating break down and flake off before. Returning them. Awful.

A: Great choice in Pants! Inseam length is 23 inches. We do not provide hydrostatic head ratings because test methods vary and results are not reliable. This jacket is designed with Omni-Tech™ which is our fully seam sealed technology that prevents moisture from seeping into every seam using waterproof-breathable fabric.
