My husband had a Columbia nylon hat that he had for years and years. I wanted to throw it away because the fabric was rotten and threadbare. Lets put it this way, when i washed it on a gentle cycle, the rim tore away from the hat part. So i purchased the zero iv booney hat. Any guesses how long he has this one??!!
