Lightweight comfortable shoe for boating. Has plenty of cushion but could use a little more arch support. It runs a little on big side and is good for people with wide feet.

Purchased a pair of Drainmakers a couple seasons ago and I always look forward to when the stream fishing weather warms up and can hang up the waders and wading boots and wear the Drainmakers instead. Comfort…check. Fly fishing requires hiking. I hike in these shoes with no socks and no blisters…ever! Pretty good support for such a light shoe. Drainage and quick-dry…Check. So many vents and screens, the water pours out of these super quick and on the trail in-between casts, they dry out pretty fast too. Would recommend these over Simms or Orvis wading shoes any day! I am ready to get a second pair to leave at my Sun Valley, Idaho vacation home.
