Venture long fleece coat.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt it important to do so on this coat. So many said that it was oversized and itchy and I couldn’t disagree more. I first ordered the large trading it as a winter coat because I layer under it and this was way too big so I sized down to my normal medium and it’s perfect even with a little room. I don’t feel that it’s itchy at all. Going to be the perfect jacket for early spring and come fall.

Multi-uses for this long coat

I probably should have purchased a small size as this is quite roomy but it works for inside wear or casual outside wear. I like the weight and content of the fabric and the fact that it is not going to be eaten by moths. I add a wide belt if I want to "dress it up". It was not as colorful as it appeared online but it is more than acceptable as is.

Sorry did you want your buttons sewn on?

I bought this jacket about 1 week ago. I removed it from the package, tried it on, decided to button one button. The button comes off immediately, before being put through the button hole. I decide to still wear the jacket the next day, we walk outside and I think to myself that I would like to close my jacket. I take a hold of 1 button and it immediately slides off the thread. 2 days in, 2 buttons down. Surely customer service will help- you'd think right? Wrong! If you order this jacket, prepare for the buttons to fall off and customer service will graciously allow you to pay to order another jacket, while you wait for a return label and processing time. I can sew buttons. I shouldn't have to sew buttons onto a brand new jacket. Will they offer a partial refund for the faulty product? You guessed it! No! You can have a 15% discount to buy more products with faulty buttons and no customer service support or resolution. Overall I'm obviously irritated and in general I would say go see if your product is available from another retailer because the customer service is probably better!
