I'm 5'4" and 132 pounds. Bust size is 34D. Medium fits fine if not much is under it and if you plan on putting more over it. If you want a top like this to put over other layers, consider going up a size. It washed nicely and is soft. I like it because it is not thick fleece. Great for cool weather.
