Well made and warm and cozy but it just didn't fit me. I looked like a wine colored pillsbury dough girl in it. Too long and bulky for me. Not for short people.

I had looked high and low for a longer fleece jacket without a hood and with good pockets. Found it! I am 5’ 5” hourglass with boody, normally a small or medium - I went with the medium, so I could layer. The fit is great - not tight across my chest or hip area, but not boxy or blob looking. The sleeves are thinly edged with some sort of grosgrain-like material, which is a nice touch. If you are short with short arms, they may be a little long for you. It is not lined and not heavyweight, and did not seem to stick to my clothes underneath, hanging well. I ordered the black and now I want the blue! I recommend..

Q: I have loved my 1x but lost 20 pounds. I like the hip fit but the rest is baggy, even when layering. What is best - XL, XXL or stick with 1X?

A: Thank you for reaching out! This Fleece Jacket is designed with a regular, relaxed fit in mind so we would recommend sizing down if you feel the current sizing becoming too baggy. Since the hip fit works well, we recommend a XXL of our standard sizing as its very comparable to 1X while not being as wide in certain areas. Hope this helps!
