Poor quality, the Velcro part damages the jacket. Tried to have this issue resolved by contacting customer service. Initially they offered a replacement. However the color option and size ran out. I tried to ask if they have can compensate in other forms such as partial refund or a future credit. They did not respond to my request and closed the issue. Very unprofessional.
The Velcro on the outside keeps catching onto the outer fabric. The outer material doesn’t seem very durable and isn’t waterproof. The lining is good, but it doesn’t look very flattering when worn.
This coat is terrible. The fabric is trashed and we have had it only a short time. The Velcro is awful. Such a shame I thought we would wear this coat for several season due to the outgrow system. Never buying Columbia again.
Dont like velcro. It sticks to the coat and makes fabic look shabby
