Warm coat bad fabric

I bought this coat for my daughter last winter and it was warm, but the fabric is an issue. The fabric pulls really badly, and the Velcro coat closures catch the fabric and make it look really terrible. I blame myself for ordering the light blue, but again because of the fabric, the dirt soaks in and is incredibly hard to wash out. Lastly, the fabric absorbs water, so when my daughter would come in from playing in the snow, the coat was very wet and heavy, which is not ideal. I bought it a size up hoping she could wear it again this year but I had to trash it; it’s in such bad condition I wouldn’t even give it away. I wouldn’t recommend this model as it felt like a waste of money.

Terrible Pilling!

We bought this coat last year and it’s trashed already. The Velcro constantly gets stuck all over the coat and immediately started causing pilling. By the end of the winter I was embarrassed that my daughter still had to wear it.

Sub-par quality and customer service was awful

Poor quality, the Velcro part damages the jacket. Tried to have this issue resolved by contacting customer service. Initially they offered a replacement. However the color option and size ran out. I tried to ask if they have can compensate in other forms such as partial refund or a future credit. They did not respond to my request and closed the issue. Very unprofessional.
