Columbia would not credit me with the free shipping and said there was no way to credit the 9 dollar shipping charge, even though I have a membership which says shipping is free. Customer service said there was nothing they could do. This makes me very sad about using Columbia.

The coat is very warm and very well finished. The zippers work well, without unwanted grip points. The inner puffer is a navy blue, very beautiful. Consider that it is a little big: I measure 5' 7” and 160 lb. Size S was perfect.
