Runs huge

I hadn't worn it much because it is summer. It's a nice coat, and the waterproofing seems good. The lining fits about right, but the shell is way too big. I ordered an L, and that is what it says on the tag. The coat is more like a Tall XXL. The sleeves come down to my fingertips, the bottom is well below my hips, and it is about 12 inches larger than I need in the chest.

Poor customer service. Poor web site experience

Columbia would not credit me with the free shipping and said there was no way to credit the 9 dollar shipping charge, even though I have a membership which says shipping is free. Customer service said there was nothing they could do. This makes me very sad about using Columbia.
