Great but have gotten two with holes

I love everything about this jacket as someone who works in a warehouse year-round but the last one I purchased the stitching came apart. Columbia gave me credit for a replacement, i ordered this jacket which has a hole in the pocket!

I truly do love this jacket , as someone who works in a warehouse year-round is perfect for the elements. My only complaint is that the last jacket I bought the stitching came apart. Columbia did send me credit to buy replacement but even that jacket has a hole in the right side breast pocket which is disappointing as it is brand new.

I am very happy with this purchase as a first time buyer from Columbia. Size is exactly as it is shown. If you want heavy layering then you might need to take one size up, but otherwise it is a really good fit and keeps you warm enough in Norfolk's winter.
