The fleece part of the rain suit is along the back shoulders and inside the hat. Stops at the top hem and goes to the should blades. I wish they had a solid color option. I had paired this with the fleece bunting fairly often when he was 1 and wanting to run around the yard in CO where it's always basically a little cold. Bought this version and it has the grow with me. So it'll be his main outdoor suit for a while.
