Coat itself is great. Presentation out of the package was iffy, as it was clearly tried on and possibly a return. Sleeves were inside out and it was just tossed into a ball.

A: Yes the jackets are sealed. I have ordered 3 different colors/sizes for my children in early 2022. They are not taped but they are sewed in a way that the material overlaps and they do not leak. They are extremely light weight with the outer material being the only one. It's a shell. There is a different version with a mesh lining that I thought I had bought and was originally underwhelmed when they showed up. However they ended up being exactly what we needed during the fall and spring and they have held up well with my rather rambunctious group. Hope this helps.
