I haven't worn these yet, but I bought them to wear on a boat at sea. I plan to wear them over leggings. Trying them on, they seem good, although I kind of wish the bottom had elastic or the Velcro went all the way around so that I could make them more snug.

It's so hard to find tall women's rain pants, so I was really excited to get these, which had good reviews. I primary use rain pants for backpacking or field work, where I need to get them on quickly over my shoes. These unfortunately are very poorly designed to be used easily in the field. The mesh (why??) and liner make it very difficult to put on without having to take off my shoes, and the liner also catches my hiking pants making for a lot of rearranging once I have them on. I imagine these are fine if you're putting them on at home over leggings or something similar, but for hiking/backpacking these were just too frustrating to use and not worth it.
Was on cruise ship where we had to take Zodiac tenders to shore every day, so these pants were perfect for these trips. We were lucky that it didn't rain on this trip to Iceland, but they would have been great for rainy days as well.
