I work outside in the Phoenix heat/sun for 12 hours, 4 days per week. These shirts are no joke. They dry quickly and keep me as comfortable as one could expect doing the kind of work that I do. Will gladly keep buying these as long as they exist. I wear a size medium in pretty much every other shirt/brand but the medium here is too big, too loose, too baggy. Small fits just right and isn't tight anywhere. So, my recommendation would be go one size down from your normal shirt size.
