This is the second double wall bottle we have from Columbia. The best features are the ability to keep enough fluid for hours of pickleball cold and it is easy to clean since there are no straws and a wide mouth.
Yes, I recommend this product.
Had this bottle for two years. I agree that the bottle will last a lifetime, but unfortunately the rubber lid strap is dry-rotted and about to give out. Because the strap is a molded part of the lid, there's no way to replace it with a new piece of nylon, or para-cord, or something. I'll still use the bottle every day, just a two piece product now.
Bought 2 of these in May, it's now August and both developed rust inside. Very disappointing.
This is my second one. I like that the bottom of lid (part touching water in bottle) is not plastic, hopefully that continues, it sets these apart from other stainless steel bottles. Plastic is everywhere, it's always nice to find a non-plastic (or silicone etc) alternative for every day products to reduce some of the exposure. I think whomever makes a cap for easy drinking out of stainless steel will do well!
