Love this shirt! Very lightweight and comfortable. Well made too. I wish it were available in more colors and I wish they would make a long-sleeved version that is relaxed fit. The one they have is regular fit.

I like these shirts, but have to size up for my bust. I wish they'd put extra inner snaps in the bust area and/or give a little bit more room... maybe more stretch in the side panel or something? I understand you're trying to get a more fitted flattering look but I end up with a very loose shirt in order not to have it super tight across the bust

A: Sleeve length is measured from center back neck, to edge of hem on the sleeve. While it does vary slightly between sizes, sleeve length is approximately 18.5 inches. Hope this helps!
