Worth Every Penny - Frugal Person Approved

I use this hoodie for running and biking. It is so breathable I didn't even really notice it. I live in a southern state where it is always 90 degrees+ and humid, so I sweat profusely, but in this hoodie I stayed both dry and cool. True to size, actually feels a little bit bigger/I didn't feel suffocated. I loved this hoodie so much, I came back to buy it in the other color. If Columbia made more colors I would buy those too.

Great quality, over engineered IMO

Great quality sunshirt, and I like the sunglass holder ring on the shirt. But the this is the only sunshirt with a pony tail hole on it, and the hood is kinda ridiculous - it's very tight around the head (I even sized up for a looser fit) and the mouth cover thing is too excessive. I don't really use the hood, and when I do while I am biking, I don't look very approachable - I look the opposite of that. In these days, I want to look as approachable as possible, not hiding every inch of skin doubly from the sun (I have hats that cover my face... But, that's the only one that Columbia offers right now that has a pony tail hole. This one is replacing a former Columbia sunshirt with the same fabrics. My old one was a lot more cooling, breathable and didn't have that weird mouth cover. Also had a pony tail hole. Sometimes adding extra features just takes away from the garment.

Nice shirt, just not for sun protection

Sun protection was top of mind when choosing this garment. The weave of the material is too loose, letting in too much sun. My arms were burned after being in the Sun a limited amount of time. Do not recommend for Sun protection.
