Great bag for a great price! It's a versatile product that's made well.

Pros This backpack excels in structure. Many tote packs and backpacks tend to slump or sag, but this one maintains its shape perfectly. It also has a ton of compartments, probably more than any other bag in the tote-pack category, which is great for organization. At 5'4", I found the handle drop and the bag itself to be sized perfectly; it doesn't drag on the ground when you hand-hold it. The material has a traditional, slightly shiny finish, not a matte one like the pics, and you can tell the quality is top-notch. It's very thick and well-designed. Everything was clearly thought through; every strap and pocket serves a purpose. The back straps and mesh back panel are structured and comfortable, a feature not found in other tote packs. Overall, it's a solidly built backpack, and I'd give the build quality a 10/10. For the price you can't beat the quality. Cons The side cup holders are not elastic. While this could be a good thing since elastic can stretch out over time, it means that huge 30oz+ bottles may not fit. I also wish it had a sternum strap. Finally, because the backpack is so well-structured, it doesn't "expand" much, so the overall capacity is quite limited.

Currently use this as a diaper bag. Wanted something that I could use as a purse/work bag, but also for now use to carry all the necessary and unnecessary things you need as a parent of an infant. Works great, wipes up easily when he or I inevitably get anything and everything on it. Fits the big water bottle size on the side and can easily fit under and airplane seat or stroller basket.
Yes, I recommend this product.

A: Thank you for your question! There are two side straps that can be used for hand carrying or worn over the shoulder. The backpack straps are attached to the back of the bag. When using it as a backpack, you can tuck the side straps into the top portion for convenience.
