This could be a 5 because of its fabulous color scheme (mango and sticky rice), its wide toe box, neat tongue design that easily permits adjustment for the top of the foot, its easy on/off, and overall comfort + breathability, but I gave it a 4 because arch support is so critical for my foot health. So far so good, but 6 weeks is not long enough to know for sure. I always replace the manufacturer's foot bed with a higher quality insert plus hap pad. Its certainly flexible but is it stiff enough remains to be seen. Traction seems perfect. I use these mostly for light duty, reserving a heavier and stiffer running shoe for more challenging trails.

Great comfort for chronic foot pain

The Konos are a great shoe. I have nbeen wearing another shoe for a while due to chronic foot pain and these are comparable in comfort and lightweight-ness. The only area I would suggest a review is in the width. They are "wide", but still could use a 1-2 mm more for further comfort. I will be buying replacements when these wear out.
