After a sizing error on my part- I finally have received and tried out this anorak. It was worth the effort as this is fantastic. You could have taken my thoughts on what makes a great skiing hard shell and this jacket is what you would have seen. Very Happy!

This is a high quality shell. It’s thicker than the other jackets and the dwr survived 30 minutes is straight hard rain without wetting out and still beading up water. It’s very breathable and warm on its own, with a base layer you are golden. One grip is it can leak around the neck a little bit under hard rain. Haven’t figured out how to stop that.

I bought this jacket a week ago still haven’t received item/receipt/ or an email. .ive called today and ask about it just so they can tell me my order was canceled and they didn’t had the item I was looking for.how come nobody reach out to me or how come my item wasn’t available when clearly it was when I made the purchase,was it given to someone else or what seems to be the problem

A: Great question! The chin guard, not removeable, covers the top portion of the zipper to protect against snags or uncomfortable rubbing. Hope this helps!
