Great quality, form fitting without limiting range of motion. Warm by itself in less colder weather or can be used as a midlayer. The sleeves are a bit long IF you dont use the thumbholes, if you use the thumbholes its a perfect length. I appreciate the new design in the thumbholes that arent noticable if you decide not to use them.

Love the look and feel of this. Not too warm though so still might need a jacket with it. Perfect by itself when it warms up some.

The material of this jacket keeps it light weight while still providing decent warmth and with a fit that does provide plenty of mobility. It's not wind proof but does have good wind resistance given how light the fabric and provides the right amount of breathability. I've used this by itself (with a t-shirt base layer) while jogging and doing calisthenics in temperatures in the low 40's, with windchills in the mid to low 20's, and stayed comfortably warm. No issues with binding or otherwise restricting mobility. Both the active fit and the chest pockets make it ideal for use as a mid-layer in colder weather. The right chest pocket has no closure, but it's ideal for keeping lite/soft items at the ready (like a map, gloves, a beanie, etc.). I have a 36" sleeve length and the sleeves on this are just right while still allowing me to use the thumbholes when needed without restricting my range of motion. The back length allows me access to my waistline without needing a two-way zipper, and the hood tends to move with my head and stays out of my primary field of view. The build quality overall is good.
Yes, I recommend this product.

A: Great question! The Polyester blend fabric in the shell does not provide water resistant qualities.
