I ordered a size 12 UK as I am usually a 10/12 and I wanted them to be a little baggy. When they arrived they were far to small. So, I returned them and ordered another pair of UK size 16 (2 sizes bigger than I normally are, they are just about ok. The pair I returned 10 days ago, have arrived but now need to go to France and when they arrive I then have to wait for a refund so it could be another two weeks before I see my money. I think this is outrageous! My advice buy big or not at all.
