Can't be satisfied as they run pretty small

I bought them a month ago I was wearing them inside for some time to get the idea but it was difficult to make a decision so I had to take them outside and what was my disappointment that they really run small. I usually wear size 6.5 or 7, I order those in size 7 and they don't fit me at all. I was wearing them just a few times outside and my feet feel heavy and I feel so uncomfortable

I have always been an 8 in Columbia footwear. These felt small but the 9 was too big. There is no arch support whatsoever in these shoes. I had to return them. Disappointed.
