This shirt works amazing as both a sun hoodie, and especially as a swim shirt. My only complaint is that even the small size is a little big on me - but i'm 5'6" and 130lbs, so I get it.

Overall a good value. The thumb elastics are not in the way which is what prevented me from others. The neck gator is a bit bunchy when not wearing the hood.

Use this shirt for hiking, paddling, and fishing. Works great for keeping the intense sun off you, so you can avoid clogging every pore with greasy sunscreen. When the humidity gets way up there (as it frequently does here in the South...) it can feel a little clammy, but otherwise it breathes well and dries well with a little breeze. On the open water or in a more desert "dry heat" it is fantastic. Sizing and fit was normal for me (6'1" 170lbs) in a Large, somewhat loose without being too baggy is how I like it. Color does not match the picture online (at least on my devices...) It says "Grove Green" and it is truly a sort of washed-out olive green color. It looks like more of a mustard yellow to me online, which I kind of like better, but it's actually green per the description.
