I purchased a size Medium, but the fit is very unsatisfactory and doesn't align with the product description. Rather than standing behind their sizing, Columbia’s support made returning the item unnecessarily difficult. To get the return fee waived, they required a photo of the shirt, followed by a side-by-side comparison photo with another garment. When I provided a side-by-side with another Columbia shirt, they asked me to physically measure and report dimensions for both. Jumping through these many hoops to return an ill-fitting shirt is unacceptable customer service. Dont plan to order from them again.
