Runs extremely Big!

These are huge. I purchased an XS. They are slightly to small to fit my hands (adult small/medium) so are enormous on my child. I'd like to return them but didn't check the return policy before I purchased (first time from the website as opposed to third party retailer) and to return them would cost 1/5th the purchase price. I guess he'll grow into them in 5 years maybe?

Generally, the gloves are satisfactory. The problem is the size. I bought the gloves for my kid, and the guidelines are very confusing. They ask about the centimetres of the hand length or the circumference, and neither kid has had this measured. For example, my kid is 8 years old, and the circumference of his hand is 15 cm; none of the kids’ sizes are within that range (XS is 29 cm). These kinds of gloves are not suitable for kids.
