Useless size guide

Some of the worst sizing I've seen in a long time. The size guide for this shirt says a medium fits 39 - 41 chest. So I purchased three shirts size medium, paid extra for expedited shipping because I needed them quickly, receive them, measure them, and find that all three measure 23" pit-to-pit. Not even close. Thanks, Colombia.
